All orders are shipped via express post from our Nobby's Beach clinic in QLD. Please allow 1-5 business days to receive your order once its been shipped.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject the delivery or return your order back to us, unused and unopened, for a refund. Please note that $10 for the shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.

If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will securely remain in your account for future use towards your next appointment. In the event you are unable to reschedule, you also have the option to request a refund for your deposit. However, if the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, unfortunately, the deposit will be forfeited. It's important to note that no shows and last minute cancellations have a significant impact on small businesses, and we appreciate your understanding.
