Kindly note that we do not facilitate returns or refunds for a change of mind on any skincare products. We urge you to exercise mindfulness when making a purchase decision.

Should you have inquiries about the suitability of a product for your needs or wish to consult with one of our therapists regarding your skin concerns before making a purchase on our website, please feel free to reach out via phone or email. We are more than happy to assist you in making an informed decision. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent products

In the event that the product you receive is damaged, faulty, or differs from your order, kindly reach out to us promptly so we can promptly address and escalate this issue. Please be aware that if the product is damaged, or you initiate the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

If a refund is necessary, our dedicated team will thoroughly inspect the item and, if eligible, either replace it or process a refund. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement for credit card payments. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Treatment Refunds

Please note that we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all purchases and pre-purchases of packs and treatments. However, we are pleased to offer store credit or the option to transfer funds to a different treatment.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
