Dosage: Take 1 teaspoon (5mL) twice daily with meals, straight off a spoon or by mixing it into cold or room temperature food like a smoothie or using it as a salad dressing. You can also take the full 10mL in one serve—we have split the dose as some people prefer to take it both morning and night but if you wish to take it in one hit, that’s fine.
